Hello,
I have html template, I won't depend to store the image of my template from exteral hosting server, and I would like include those on the same e-mail notification, could I create a variable attachment type ?? or any recommendation?

Yes, you can embed images in email. There are few way to do it. Depending on email client, some might work better for you. You need to test it in your environment.
For example, inline image: http://www.campaignmonitor.com/blog/pos ... -in-email/
Another way would be to use Content ID with MIME-multipart message as described in the RFC2111
