Timed Notifications - 'Unquoted string ...'

Postby rafaelrmontes » Wed Nov 05, 2014 5:55 pm

Hello,

I'm trying to get up the remainder notifications, I have my pseudo-action and all properties already set-up including TN record type and the notification has already the condition (like all open defects)
but when I run the script I'm getting a print-out attached, and I'm wondering where can I setup the schedule for run the reminders?

Thank you

Hi,

I don't think that it is coming from the TimedNotification itself, unless it is customized in some way (or email notification package is cutomized in the schema. Please search for "signInState" in the schema hooks.

Thank you,
Pavel

I haven't seen something like that in my scripts, I'm still checking, in the meantime where can I change the schedule for the notifications? should I hook this script to something else that wake up and call this?

Thank you Pavel!

Yes, for instance, you can use Windows scheduler.
